HI! It's just me, for now... 

My name's Midlanee Cortes Ruiz and I'm the founder of Ginger Rican Style. I was born in Bayamon but grew up in Caguas, Puerto Rico.

I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a major in Entrepreneurship, which has helped me create and manage this company.

I consider myself an empowered, passionate, hard-working, daring, independent woman who values freedom and honesty.  

I like crafts, hiking, movies, flowers, sunsets, the beach and, of course, try to get a tan (a bit reckless for a redhead hehe). 

This business idea began to develop due to that detail that always made me stand out: my curly red hair and nationality.  It's something that has always caught people's attention, I guess because there aren't many redheads on the island.  Now that I live in the United States, I could say that I can finally go unnoticed among people because it's common to find redheads everywhere.

Ginger Rican to me means:

(adj.) relating to or characteristic of a pretty redhead

(n.) a native, inhabitant, or descendant of the Caribbean island of Puerto Rico with RED HAIR
