How many days do I have to return the product?

You have 30 days to make a return if you receive a damaged product, notice a manufacturing error or receive a wrong item.  Changes or returns are not accepted after the product is in the "production" stage and it's tracking number has been created.  

How long it will take to receive the product?

You will receive your product in a period of 2 to 21 business days.  Remember, everything will depend on different factors, such as the volume of our workload and our service providers, such as parcel delivery service providers.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Occasionally, order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This can be caused by one of the following:

- The garment is out of stock and must be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is a few days, the printing suppliers do not necessarily inform us).

- The product did not pass post-production quality control and must be reprinted to ensure a high quality standard.

- The order contains 12 or more items.

However, if your order has not been updated or shipped within 7 business days, please contact our support team for a status update.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment methods such as:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Dinners Club, PayPal, and Apple, Google and Meta Pay.
